  • Create and update product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and tags.
  • Design and upload promotional banners and product images using Canva (or similar tools).
  • Ensure all images are optimized with proper formatting and descriptive alt text.
  • Organize and maintain inventory data, categories, and collections within Shopify.
  • Apply Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to improve product and page visibility.
  • Add relevant keywords to product titles, descriptions, and image text.
  • Conduct periodic site health checks for broken links, speed, and navigation improvements.
  • Enhance store navigation, layout, and user experience.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries/messages via email, Shopify Inbox, and social media.
  • Handle abandoned cart recovery campaigns to convert potential customers.
  • Provide friendly, professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote Shopify store products across company social media platforms.
  • Engage with customers, respond to comments/messages, and build brand presence.
  • Coordinate content posting schedules aligned with store activities.
  • Install and manage essential Shopify apps (reviews, shipping apps, etc.).
  • Connect and maintain integrations such as payment gateways and shipping apps.
  • Troubleshoot minor app or integration issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Track and report on store performance metrics (traffic, conversions, abandoned carts).
  • Identify trends in top-performing products or customer behavior for improvements.
