Job Opportunity

The role of the Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the Secretariat in managing internal and external communications, coordinating activities of sector committees, and ensuring efficient follow-up on key initiatives.

Location: Karachi (1) & Lahore (1)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities of sector committees: schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-ups.
  • Maintain structured internal and external communication flows; keep accurate committee records and update contact lists of stakeholders.
  • Organize and archive official correspondence (digital and physical) of the Secretariat.
  • Support event planning and execution in collaboration with the Industry Engagement team, including logistics, branding, and documentation.
  • Manage logistics for committee-related events and meetings, both online and on-ground.
  • Draft and process official communications such as government letters, newsletters, and reports; ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage official communication channels; respond to queries or redirect them as appropriate.
  • Assist in coordinating advocacy, partnership, and industry engagement communications with public and private sector stakeholders.
  • Maintain proper documentation of minutes and ensure systematic follow-ups on assigned tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of committee members, government contacts, and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At-least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Mass Communication or a related field.
