Business Development Manager

Job Overview

The role of a Business Development Manager involves developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue. This includes creating business plans, identifying market opportunities, and engaging with potential clients.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Developing Business Strategies: Create comprehensive business plans aligned with company objectives, including identifying market trends and analyzing competitor activity.
  2. Clients Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients based on market opportunities and demand analysis, leveraging strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  3. Sales Strategies: Drive sales strategies to achieve set business goals, including pre-sales and sales activities, presenting monthly feedback and review reports on business prospects and client deliverables.
  4. Opportunity Development: Develop business opportunities through customer feedback and progressive relationship-building, delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase services and expertise.
  5. SWOT Analysis: Conduct SWOT analyses to inform business decisions, driving strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) from a recognized university.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  3. Strong convincing and negotiating skills, with experience in similar positions and organizations.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools, with a focus on technology and innovation.
