Remote Commission-Based Cold Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as a Remote Commission-Based Cold Outreach Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sending cold emails to leads using approved scripts.

Your mission is to generate interest, book intro calls, or bring in clients for our placement and recruitment services. You will work closely with our team to craft personalized outreach and follow up with leads as instructed.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a remote career with high earning potential. You will receive weekly mentorship on cold email, sales, and client acquisition, and have the chance to learn the ropes of remote closing and client management.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent written English skills, be self-driven, reliable, and consistent. A basic understanding of cold outreach is preferred but not necessary, as we will provide training.

Bonus points if you have a background in sales, marketing, or recruitment Incentive bonuses are available for outstanding performance.

Key Responsibilities:
