As a skilled aircraft maintenance professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep of aircraft to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on aircraft within approved schedules and procedures.
  • Carry out maintenance on third-party aircraft for which you hold type approval.
  • Ensure timely departures of these aircraft after completion of maintenance checks.
  • Accompany aircraft for pre-departure checks and handle unscheduled maintenance tasks as required.
  • Travel for aircraft recovery during AOG situations and perform pre-departure checks.
  • Maintain office and bonded store facilities in clean and serviceable condition.
  • Keep station manuals up-to-date according to company requirements.
  • Manage station supplies and replenish materials shortages as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports of station activities to Maintenance Control Centre.
  • Assume responsibilities of the Station Engineer when necessary.
Requirements

Minimum five years' experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least three years as a certifying engineer.

Qualifications

Aircraft Engineer License recognized by the Authority and Gulf Air Technical Quality Department, with a minimum of one or two Aircraft Type.
