The role of a Research Executive is to execute projects that meet client and supervisor expectations.

This position offers a flexible working environment, allowing for remote work based in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Excellence: Ensure project management and client management responsibilities are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  2. Understand and follow research processes and workflows.
  3. Support project execution, including designing questionnaires and link testing.
  4. Communicate proactively with data processing, collection teams, vendors, and offices to ensure smooth project flow.
  5. Schedule materials to support teams and check for errors.
  6. Keep managers and clients informed with status updates and issue highlights.
  7. Attend client presentations to provide support.
Skillset:
  1. Strong analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
  2. Develop analysis plans and chart templates.
  3. Brief teams on project requirements and review data for errors.
  4. Draft reports and commentaries.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Market Research preferred; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Strong math or statistical skills are an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills.
  • Good communication and visualization skills, interested in storytelling.
  • Client service orientation and understanding of growth and branding strategies.
  • Business acumen and market knowledge.
  • Comfortable in a digital environment.
