Job Title

As a skilled insurance professional, you will be responsible for supporting benefit administration for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include setting up groups in online enrollment systems, assisting brokers and clients, performing data entry tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Manager with daily tasks, including coordinating renewals, performing data entry, and collaborating with the Team Lead.
  • Review and manage the book of business to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Process client renewals by extracting data from carrier websites, updating agency CIS sheets, and importing necessary documentation into the client tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong broker relationships by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and systems.
  • Handle sensitive client information with the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with Ease, Employee Navigator, or other benefit administration platforms.
  • Background in health insurance or experience working with insurance carriers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of insurance policies, terminology, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills—patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new systems and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in relevant software tools, including CRM systems, e-signature tools, document management, and digital communication platforms.
  • Culturally sensitive and able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Must have a home office setup with a computer, Wi-Fi, and dual monitors.
