The role of Circulation Manager involves overseeing all circulation activities, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales.

To achieve this, you will be responsible for appointing and managing news agents locally and outstation, as well as arranging and managing folding & forwarding agents.

You will devise and manage sales mechanisms to drive revenue growth and liaise with hawkers to increase sales.

Additionally, you will manage the delivery of complementary copies, forward newspapers to other stations, supervise the dispatch process, and liaise with press managers.

A key aspect of this role is managing circulation accounts and recovering payments in a timely manner.

You will also oversee newspaper stalls, work to improve display and visibility, and manage returns from local news agents.

Liaising with the accounts department is crucial to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum graduate degree and relevant experience working in circulation for a nationally circulated newspaper.

A proven record of excellence and high achievements is essential to excel in this role.
