Position Overview

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for compiling and delivering assigned operational tasks with a focus on timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential. The candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to think critically in ambiguous situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply independent judgment and demonstrate decision-making abilities in the role of Operations Specialist-Renewals Data Stewardship.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Communicate professionally via Microsoft Teams, email, and phone.
  • Manage escalations professionally.
  • Maintain operational process rigor and timeliness.
  • Analyze data to provide solutions and feedback.
  • Maintain and develop documented processes.
  • Implement operational processes to ensure program success.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.

  • Achieve 90% of defined SLA goals.
Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
