The Social Media Liaison will be responsible for leading our social media engagement and digital communication efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing communication plans for social media, push notifications, and in-app stories.
  • Maintaining critical metrics such as SLA, CSAT, and Social Sentiment.
  • Analyzing social media trends using analytical tools and preparing detailed weekly/monthly reports.
  • Responding to user interactions, fostering trust and loyalty to enhance brand reputation.
  • Designing engaging and trend-oriented content, including memes and relevant materials, to increase audience interaction.
  • Addressing customer complaints effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborating with teams using tools like Asana to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Community Management.
  • Strong content creation capabilities; experience in meme marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a flair for customer interaction.
