Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  2. Organize accommodation bookings for guests and staff, including processing payments.
  3. Manage utility bills for all offices, ensuring they are received, checked, and paid on time.
  4. Provide training and orientation to kitchen, guards, and cleaning staff, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.
  5. Support the organization of training sessions, workshops, and meetings, establishing strong coordination and communication.
  6. Ensure effective fleet management, adhering to policies, procedures, tools, and documentation requirements.
  7. Manage assets effectively, including issuance, tracking, verification, insurance, repair, maintenance, and incident reporting.
  8. Develop security plans to ensure the safety and security of project staff.
  9. Ensure all security equipment is in place and security guards are trained on protocols.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
  • An Advanced University Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related subject.
