Procurement Role

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

This role will involve executing the procurement of materials and services portfolios, developing and implementing strategies for procurement, and managing supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement or supply chain management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

You will work closely with internal teams to align procurement activities with business needs and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, service, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute Procurement of Materials/Services Portfolios: Decide who to buy from, how to buy, when to buy with relevant portfolio teams.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies for Procurement of Respective Portfolios.
  • Follow Market Conditions, Prepare Price Trends and Formulate Future Markets Trends for the Business.
  • Support the Business with Accurate Price Forecasting.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Key Suppliers.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the Procurement Process, Ensuring Timely Delivery of Materials and Services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work Closely with Internal Teams to Align Procurement Activities with Business Needs.
  • Measure and Manage Overall Performance of Suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a Related Field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 Years in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities.
    • Proven Ability to Lead and Motivate Teams.
