Procurement Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supply chain management and procurement operations.

**Job Summary**

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing procurement operations for Skin Care raw & packaging material operations. You will identify and assess potential material suppliers and third-party manufacturing partners based on safety, quality, capacity, capability, and cost-effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure suppliers meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Govern the compliance and regularly evaluate the supplier performance.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and agreements with suppliers and third-party manufacturers to secure the best possible terms.
  • Draft and manage contracts, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external manufacturing partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, economics, or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate complex contracts and innovations.
  • The ability to present and explain complex ideas to a senior audience.
  • Possesses and exercises a strong understanding of the financial aspects related to procurement activities (spend, payment term impacts, savings and cost avoidance, P&L, etc.).
