Business Development Executive
About the Role:We are seeking a self-driven and independent Business Development Executive to conduct business development activities, build strong relationships with decision-makers in organizations, and professionally communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.
This role involves conducting meetings with corporate clients to pitch our products including insurance/employee benefit app, building a sales funnel that could help in meeting monthly and weekly sales targets, and timely updating information in CRM with relevant details.
The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of the corporate sales cycle, be confident in presenting to senior management, and possess good negotiation and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Conduct business development activities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in organizations to establish trust and credibility.
- Professionally communicate with clients both verbally and in writing while sharing proposals, negotiating, and providing after-sales support.
- Build a sales funnel that could help in meeting monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Timely update information in CRM with relevant details.
- Must have a solid understanding of the corporate sales cycle.
- Confident in presenting to senior management.
- Must have good negotiation and written communication skills.
