We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to fill the role of Business Development Officer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth through innovative strategies and exceptional relationship-building skills.

About the Role:

The successful Business Development Officer will be responsible for engaging in targeted outreach initiatives, achieving sales targets set by senior management, and developing strategic plans to drive business expansion. They will also identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in targeted outreach initiatives through cold and warm calling to expand our customer base.
  • Achieve sales targets set by senior management, ensuring consistent revenue growth and exceeding established targets.
  • Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business expansion and increase market share.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding established targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication, including calls, SMS, and emails.
  • Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
