Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned E-commerce professional to spearhead our online marketplace strategy. This individual will be responsible for orchestrating the onboarding of our products onto major third-party e-commerce platforms, managing digital inventory, executing promotional campaigns, and driving online sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an end-to-end onboarding process for our products to major e-commerce platforms.
  • Upload and optimize product listings, images, videos, titles, descriptions, and metadata across platforms.
  • Maintain accurate product inventory levels across all marketplaces to prevent stock-outs or overselling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product listings and promotions with marketing campaigns and seasonal opportunities.
  • Design and manage promotional campaigns, deals, and advertising initiatives on e-commerce channels to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance, conversion metrics, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce marketplace management
  • Strong knowledge of product onboarding and catalog management across multiple online retailers
  • Proven track record of running successful promotional campaigns on third-party platforms
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
