Advanced Financial Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven professional to work closely with cross-functional teams. This role will be responsible for building the Profit & Loss structure, tracking profitability, optimizing costs, and driving business efficiency through automation and process improvement.
This position requires collaboration with departments like Development, Sales, HR, and Finance to streamline operations and implement strategic initiatives that enhance overall business performance.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 6 month to 1 year experience in Business Analyst role and possess basic knowledge of business strategy and financial planning. They should be comfortable working with numbers and data, eager to support cost analysis, financial modeling, and revenue tracking under guidance.
Responsibilities include:
- Familiarity with Profit & Loss statements and eagerness to learn financial reporting to support business growth and sustainability.
- Assist in identifying areas to reduce costs and improve operational workflows under guidance from senior analysts or management.
- Work collaboratively with departments to understand business needs and support smooth processes.
- Support process reviews and suggest automation or tools to improve day-to-day business operations.
- Help develop basic dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to strategic discussions and initiatives by conducting research and providing data support.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, finance, or a related field. Basic understanding or exposure to ERP systems, Excel, or analytics/reporting platforms is beneficial. They should demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort with numbers and spreadsheets. Additionally, they should show a proactive approach to learning, supporting business goals, and contributing ideas.
