Facilities Maintenance Specialist

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities. This includes ensuring that washrooms are cleaned and stocked, garbage is collected, and commonly touched surfaces are frequently cleaned and disinfected.
To succeed in this role, an individual must be able to perform essential tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
Main Responsibilities- Daily cleaning of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and floors.
- Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, including toilet bowls, basins, mirrors, walls, and floors.
- Ensuring adequate supplies, such as toilet paper, soap, and hand towels, in the washrooms.
- Housekeeping guesthouse rooms and premises.
- Cleaning windows, doors, and site entry areas.
- Providing tea and mineral water service to visitors.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- At least 1 year of experience in cleaning services.
- Sound physical stamina and good hygiene practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and meet schedules and deadlines.
- Fluency in written and spoken language.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
