Key Responsibilities

The Production Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating production staff to achieve production goals. This role involves analyzing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
  2. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  3. Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resolve issues.
  4. Develop and maintain work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
  5. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
  6. Provide training and support to new employees on equipment operations, work procedures, and safety protocols.
  7. Address worker problems, complaints, or grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  8. Ensure that production staff understand specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures.
  9. Manage overtime schedule when required to complete production tasks within specific time frames.
  10. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety regulations and monitoring performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

Education: A master's degree is highly desirable.

Language Proficiency: Basic English reading and writing skills are required.

Communication Capabilities: Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Awareness: Sufficient awareness of manufacturing processes and techniques is necessary.

Monitoring: Regular monitoring of performance and identification of areas for improvement is key.

Production and Processing: Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution is essential.

Coordination: Ability to adjust actions in relation to others' actions is critical.
