This role requires a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to lead our hiring process and drive business results. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of hiring, from initial outreach to onboarding new employees. You will work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and evaluate candidate applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  2. Develop and implement innovative recruitment campaigns to engage passive candidates.
  3. Create engaging job descriptions and postings that highlight our company culture and values.
  4. Evaluate candidate applications, conduct thorough interviews, and recommend top candidates for hire.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed about the progress of their applications.
  6. Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  7. Deliver regular updates to hiring managers on the status of vacant positions and new hires.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and university representatives.
  9. Continuously improve our recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the team's goals.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong technical knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
