Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

About the Job:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management. Ensure effective project execution by coordinating and managing project activities, monitoring progress, and addressing any deviations or risks proactively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members. Communicate project updates, expectations, and deliverables effectively to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, designers, and technicians. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and facilitate collaboration to ensure efficient project execution. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement contingency plans when necessary to minimize the impact on project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Establish and implement quality control processes and procedures. Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve issues to maintain project quality.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and track costs. Ensure adherence to approved budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular progress reports, including project status, milestones achieved, and issues encountered. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and change requests.
Essential Skills:
  • Must have extensive experience in leading Large Scale Enterprise Projects.
  • Must have worked with International Customers.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) skills in English.
  • Flexible to work in different time zones.
  • PMP, SCRUM, Scheduling, WBS, Project Plan, Documentation, and Technical Knowledge of Systems, Cloud, Networks, Integrations, API, Performance, Testing, Compliances.
Required Qualification:
  • BS/BSc or above in Computer Science.
  • 8+ years of extensive experience in Project Management.
