We are looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Sell tourism packages to customers, utilizing effective sales techniques to meet targets and satisfy customer needs.
- Gather feedback and reviews from customers to inform future improvements to our services.
- Analyze customer interactions and sales data to identify areas for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an inbound campaign environment.
- Excellent English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Proven sales and customer support experience, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity in solving complex customer challenges.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and demands, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in customer service or sales seen as a significant advantage.
