Content Strategist Role

This is a hybrid position that combines strategy and execution. The successful candidate will develop and execute content plans that meet the business goals of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content that showcases our work and strengthens our brand presence.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce visual content, case studies, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Draft and publish social media posts for company profiles, amplifying both the brand and its leaders.
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize impact.
  • Track and manage the full lifecycle of content pieces from concept to publishing.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and engage with the audience to maintain a professional and approachable brand presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and storytelling techniques to keep our content innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Attention to detail – precision matters in how we represent ourselves.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with design teams and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Figma for quick mockups.
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
