Job Opportunity: Cloud Support Engineer

We are looking for a determined cloud professional with outstanding communication skills who can provide enterprise-level support to our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service via email, helpdesk, and live chat platforms
  2. Service Deployment & Troubleshooting: Deploy, automate, support, and troubleshoot services in a fast-paced environment
  3. Application Migration: Successfully migrate applications to our platform ensuring minimal downtime
  4. AWS Cloud Environment: Design, build, operate, and maintain AWS cloud environments
  5. Documentation: Create, update, and enhance documentation including technical playbooks
  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on maintenance and upgrade activities
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Hosting Support Experience: Proven experience as a hosting support specialist or similar role
  2. Linux Server Experience: In-depth knowledge of Linux-based servers and virtualization technologies
  3. cPanel/WHM Control Panel: Proficient in cPanel/WHM control panel management
  4. Technical Awareness: Ability to quickly understand new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
  5. WordPress/Magento Stack: Experience with the WordPress/Magento stack including PHP and MySQL
  6. Remote Work Requirements: Ability to work from home with a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and minimal distractions

Bonus Skills:

  1. Scripting Languages: Experience writing Bash, Python, and Ansible scripts
  2. AWS Experience: Proficient in AWS cloud services
  3. Security & PenTesting: Knowledge of security and penetration testing principles
