The role involves overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, including furniture, water and power supply systems. It also encompasses procurement responsibilities, ensuring goods and services align with company policies.

Key tasks include maintaining standards of products/supplies, performing repair/maintenance activities as needed, and fostering good working relationships with suppliers/vendors to achieve efficient outcomes.

Additional duties involve managing Admin-related records for smooth department operations, liaising with government agencies like WAPDA and Police, as well as coordinating with logistics providers such as TCS and DHL.

The position is responsible for providing pool cars/rent-a-cars, scrutinizing bills, and distributing them to relevant cost centers. It also entails handling all incoming/outgoing mails, ensuring timely distribution to concerned parties.

Responsibilities extend to arranging passports, visas, and hotel reservations (local and overseas), registering and insuring company vehicles, and verifying traveling expense vouchers.

To excel in this role, a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Law from a recognized institution is preferred, alongside 7 years of administration experience within a corporate environment.

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a client-oriented approach are essential. The ideal candidate should be highly committed, motivated, and possess strong work ethic.
