About the Position

As a Backend Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and scaling backend services that power our enterprise solutions and automation products.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, and REST API design. A solid understanding of PostgreSQL and MongoDB database systems is also required. Cloud deployment expertise on AWS, Google Cloud (serverless), and Firebase is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for enterprise modules and automation services.
  • Build scalable APIs using Node.js (Express) and integrate third-party services including payment gateways and mapping tools.
  • Ensure secure API design and implementation, including authentication and authorization best practices.
  • Leverage real-time interactions across platforms using Socket.io and Firebase.
  • Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
  • Deploy services via AWS, GCP, and Firebase.
  • Automate deployments and workflows using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor, debug, and resolve backend issues to ensure system stability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on backend development experience with enterprise applications.
  • Expertise in Node.js, Express, and REST API design.
  • Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB database systems.
  • Cloud deployment expertise on AWS, Google Cloud (serverless), and Firebase.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architecture.
  • Integration experience with payment gateways and mapping/location services.
  • Strong understanding of backend security principles, data protection, and performance tuning.
