Training Executive Position

This position plays a crucial role in creating engaging and informative training content for group training sessions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing voice-over scripts, printing and distributing training manuals, and collaborating with the Training and Development Team to ensure seamless execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training content that aligns with business objectives.
  • Create engaging voice-over scripts to support video-based training.
  • Develop and maintain accurate training manual records.
  • Collaborate with the T&D Team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis using surveys, interviews, and focus groups to assess performance gaps.
  • Prepare monthly learning calendars based on inputs from business unit heads to drive learning outcomes aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage employee training data and attendance records.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as HRM or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in consultancy, education, or corporate settings.
  • Skill-based experience working in relevant fields.
