Sales Management Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Country BDM and Sales Support team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Develop targets for key accounts within the region and regularly meet with customers to track, monitor, and report on performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify product-related or sales-related issues and provide feedback internally.
  • Act as the first point of contact for key customers to resolve issues, collect payments, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
  • Visit stores to check stock levels and product expiry dates, ensuring the availability of quality products.
  • Identify, pursue, and build strong business relationships with key customers.
  • Expand our presence in underserved markets using market intelligence.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on product performance and issues.
  • Monitor and report on regional spend, highlighting variances against the budget.
  • Attend regular reviews with the BDM to report sales performance and address potential issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports for the region.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
