Senior Academic Leader Wanted

Ziauddin University is one of Pakistan's leading institutions, renowned for its commitment to academic excellence and innovation.

We are seeking a visionary Senior Academic Leader to drive our Medical College in Sukkur. The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for medical education and institutional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and vision to the institution, aligning with its mission and objectives.
  • Manage academic, administrative, and financial functions of the college.
  • Develop and implement plans to enhance accreditation status through national/international regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant professional and academic standards.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the institution in various regulatory authorities, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
  • A professor-level qualification with at least 10 years of teaching experience as Professor.
  • Hold FCPS, PhD qualifications or MPhil/MS in a relevant subject.
  • Prior experience as Principal or Dean will be highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation requirements, regulations of the PMDC, CPSP, and other health regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to provide visionary leadership and manage complex academic and administrative staff.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in academic and administrative processes.
