Operations Team Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role that requires at least 2 years of experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure optimal staff/labor and MHE utilization during shifts, coordinate with transport representatives, and maintain efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure FEFO / status control during loading, provide traceability of finished goods data as required, and ensure compliance with SOPs, Good Warehouse Practices, and Food Safety Management System.
  • Safety and Environmental Responsibilities: Follow safety and environmental responsibilities, adhere to company rules and regulations, and accept additional duties beyond initial scope.
Qualifications & Skills

Education and Experience: MBA / BE with 2-3 years relevant experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing. Proven initiative-taking ability with successful projects, ability to work with diverse teams, and knowledge of MS Office and SAP 'MH Modules'. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and problem-solver.
