Outpatient Services Assistant

Senior Assistants play a vital role in supporting the Outpatient Services team. They are responsible for handling office communications, managing the supervisor's schedule, and arranging travel plans. In addition, they assist with administrative tasks, draft office documents, and process various types of requisitions.
To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and proficiency in computer applications. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
As a Senior Assistant, you will be expected to maintain high levels of productivity, work efficiently under pressure, and effectively collaborate with colleagues.
