We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Quality Assurance professional to assume daily operations of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, review, and refine QMS standards for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address QMS-related issues and provide guidance on investigation and resolution processes.
- Consult senior management and QA manager on complex legal compliance matters.
- Evaluate and recommend investigative procedures for alleged rule violations.
- Investigate and resolve QMS-related concerns within the organization as an independent evaluation body.
- Identify potential QMS vulnerabilities and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks.
- Provide regular reports to QA manager and senior management on QMS performance and progress.
- Design and implement effective QMS training programs for new and existing employees in collaboration with HR and other departments.
- Maintain ongoing assessments and audits to improve QMS effectiveness.
