Job Description

The role of Finance Officer at Better Cotton involves supporting the financial administration of our Pakistan operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and taxation matters, with experience working in multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Employee Claims on Expensify: Ensure all claims are properly coded, authorised, and approved by competent authorities.
  • Vendor Management: Process vendor claims, maintain vendor records, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Tax Management: Organise and update tax databases, record taxes deducted from employees and vendors, and deposit company taxes timely.

Apart from these key tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining bank statement records, updating ledgers, and preparing monthly bank reconciliation statements.
