Operational Excellence Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the analysis of operational data, identify performance gaps, and develop strategies to bridge these gaps. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading projects that aim to improve processes, ensuring seamless workflow between departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance frameworks to measure and improve operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new methodologies or technologies, such as digital transformation and data analytics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and increase productivity, utilizing tools like SAP for process improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze data to track and report equipment and area-wise OEE, ensuring timely project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Skills, including proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement Expertise, as well as technical knowledge of equipment and processes.
  • Project Management Skills, including problem-solving and root cause analysis.
