Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and quality-driven Process & Quality Audit professional for our Towel Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth quality audits, analyzing process capability and stability, implementing continuous improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards across all production stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform process capability and stability analysis (e.g., for pH, GSM, etc.), identifying root causes and corrective actions to reduce variability and improve DPMO rates.
  • Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for QA checkers on Size, Weight, Shade, and other key parameters.
  • Develop and verify Manufacturing Control Plans (MCP), FMEA, process flows, and schemes; report discrepancies to relevant departments.
  • Lead and support Kaizen and Gemba activities to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for internal and external failures, audit observations, and customer complaints.
  • Conduct Product Moment of Truth (MOT III) analysis, identify gaps, and collaborate with process owners to maintain a 4.5+ star rating on customer platforms.
  • Ensure zero non-compliance during Target Product Readiness (TPR) meetings by preparing complete technical documentation and presenting to external quality teams (e.g., Walmart, UL).
  • Validate shade band and mock-up expiry, ensuring over 90% pass rates in lab assessments.
  • Track customer KPIs and compliance reports, share insights with relevant departments, and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct training sessions for QA team members to enhance knowledge, skill, and system understanding.
  • Extract and analyze test data from platforms like Retail Link for PP, production, and in-store testing cycles.
  • Compile data and prepare presentations for Quality Review and Executive Leadership Meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering; Master's in Engineering Management is a plus.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in quality systems and process auditing in a textile/towel manufacturing environment.
  • Strong command of MSA, FMEA, MCP, AQL, Kaizen, and customer audit processes.
  • Proficiency in tools like Retail Link, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with international retailers' quality standards (e.g., Walmart, Target, UL).
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO standards is a plus.
