We are seeking an experienced Managing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for managing consulting services delivered to enterprise-level customers.

  • You will employ your collaboration and leadership skills to manage consulting services delivered to enterprise-level customers, enabling them to achieve their higher business objectives.
  • Since you'll be working with world-class enterprises as your customers from around the world, your consultative mindset and relationship-building skills combined with your leadership and communication skills will create a great blend to deliver a WOW customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of consultants to engage in world-class IM consulting with leading enterprises around the globe, creating a 'wow' factor and everlasting relationships with customers.
  • Leading the efforts to continually contribute towards operational excellence.
  • Responsible and accountable to achieve your assigned revenue targets.
  • Building and leading a team of A players and keeping them excited.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Fitting into our culture.
  • Expert in at least 1 IM enterprise technology.
  • Knowledge of multiple business domains and fluent in at least 1 business domain.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Able to inspire and create a positive influence on people.
  • Consultative selling ability.
  • Good email writing, presentation creation, and documentation skills.
  • Able to create deep relationships with Customers and Partners.
  • Able to run a highly interactive session with an audience.
  • Constant drive for personal and organizational growth.
  • Ability to source and hire A players.
  • Proactive.
  • Outstanding in technical/business/sports/any other competitive area.
