We are seeking a talented HR professional to join our team as an Organizational Development Manager. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions to address these needs.

The Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with the organization's objectives. This will include identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR, including experience in talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.

The Organizational Development Manager will manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff. They will also plan, monitor, appraise, and review staff job contributions; maintain compensation; determine production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; design systems; accumulate resources; resolve problems and implement change.
