- Key Responsibilities:

- Compose compelling proposals to secure contracts.
- Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and build rapport.
- Collaborate with our team for accurate project scoping and alignment with our capabilities.
- Maintain high success rates in winning bids and meeting targets.
- Track and report on bidding activities and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freelancing or Upwork bidding.
- Strong understanding of IT services including web development mobile apps software development UI/UX design CRM and e-commerce.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to craft persuasive professional customized proposals.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills to work flexible hours remotely.
- Familiarity with Upwork's platform bidding strategies and best practices.
- Basic understanding of project estimation and scoping is a plus.
