Software Design Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Software Design Lead to drive software architecture best practices across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about designing scalable systems, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Mentor and lead architectural decisions to define technical standards and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and systems.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest software quality.
  • Take ownership of system design from conception to deployment.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong command over at least one modern web development stack.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • DevOps experience or understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
