About this role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's sales pipeline through strategic outreach efforts. This includes conducting thorough market research, generating high-quality leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and other online platforms, and qualifying leads by understanding their needs and determining their fit with our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to enhance conversion rates.
  2. Track and report lead generation performance, including call metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and offering relevant IT services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputed institution.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  3. Proven experience in lead generation (cold calling) within the IT industry.
Soft Skills:
  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Excellent research and data-mining abilities.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms.
  4. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
