Operations Manager Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of various radio stations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with broadcasting regulations, and working closely with the technical team to maintain high-quality transmissions.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gujrat, requiring a strong leader who can develop and execute operational policies, monitor financial performance, and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive growth and engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operational Management, Team Leadership, and Staff Supervision skills
  • Experience in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Financial Management and Budgeting skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
