Mid-Senior Backend Developer
This role is responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications using Node.js. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop server-side applications using Node.js
• Architect RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs that are efficient, versioned, and well-documented
• Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to implement features end-to-end
• Optimize code for performance and scalability across distributed systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code (TDD/BDD where appropriate)
• Implement and manage databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching layers, and queues
• Ensure best practices in API security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and authorization
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional backend development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks
• Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture
• Proficient in database design and working with both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
• Experience with API integrations, authentication protocols, and third-party services
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Redis Streams
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills
