Job Title: Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable professional to fill the position of Computer Support Specialist.

  • Provide technical assistance to clients in resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a strong passion for technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.

You will also educate clients on proper system usage and basic troubleshooting techniques, collaborate with team members to handle client requests efficiently, and maintain accurate records of support activities.

Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred but not required.
  2. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  4. Exceptional communication skills with a customer service focus.
  5. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
  3. Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly.
  4. Educate clients on proper usage of systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  5. Collaborate with team members to handle client requests efficiently.
  6. Maintain accurate records of support activities.
