Electrical Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As an Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing daily maintenance activities at the plant and/or assigned team.

About the Role
  • Plan, lead and manage daily maintenance activities at the plant and/or assigned team.
  • Ensure that the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract in own responsibility area.
  • Ensure competent resources and competence development of the maintenance resources and/or assigned team.
  • Ensure that the condition of the plant and equipment's are according to applicable guidelines and policies and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Implement Contract Management action plans, processes and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.
  • Prepare reports, maintenance plan and budget as instructed by the Agreement Manager.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. If you have a passion for electrical engineering and a proven track record of success in a management role, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Educational Requirement: BE/BSc Electrical degree (Mandatory registration with Pakistan Engineering Council)
  • Experience : Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Hands on experience in Electrical Maintenance of HFO power plant and its auxiliaries is a must.
  • Experience in Maintenance Management Tools e.g. Maximo.
