Experienced maintenance professional is required to join our team in Gujrat, Pakistan.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, equipment, and appliances. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and installing furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities operate efficiently.
  • Analyze and resolve problems with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Install and assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or installations.
  • Manage inventory of tools and supplies necessary for maintenance work.
  • Maintain adherence to safety standards and regulations at all times.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Handyman in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience as a Handyman or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
  • Able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (Urdu/Hindi would be an asset).
  • Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks.
