This is a management training program where you will work alongside experienced managers and take on delegated responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with other managers to plan and direct the organization's work.
  2. Contribute to policy development and implementation.
  3. Evaluate work output and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Participate in classroom instruction related to your rotational experience.
  5. Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and engage in project-based learning.
  6. Gain perspective by working in various departments, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel.
  7. Develop familiarity with established accounts.
  8. Adhere to the guidelines of our formal written training program.
  9. Undergo periodic evaluations to assess your progress.
  10. Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program to continue.
  11. Contribute to interviewing, hiring, and training employees as part of store management.
  12. Analyze sales, gross profit, and inventory activity using company reports.
  13. Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial actions to manage business situations.
  14. Monitor market activity and report findings to management.
  15. Work with management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
