Strategic Planning and Management Role

We are seeking a talented individual to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive results for our clients. A self-starter with experience in using data-driven approaches to create informed recommendations and optimize marketing success across multiple disciplines.

This role will collaborate closely with research, analytics, account management, and creative professionals to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic thought leadership and business acumen to clients within and beyond the communications process.
  • Leading the agency team strategically in all aspects of current and prospective client business.
  • Developing and executing process-driven strategies that build client trust and relationships.
  • Balancing big-picture thinking with attention to detail to make day-to-day tactics as strategic as the next big idea.
  • Conducting competitive reviews and identifying implications for clients and their agency teams.
  • Collaborating with researchers to define objectives and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Creating insightful and inspiring creative briefs based on research findings.
  • Researching and solving ad hoc problems to improve marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in agency or client business or portfolio school strongly preferred.
  • Digital planning experience is desirable.
  • Examples of experience using quantitative and qualitative research to find insights and adapt them across clients' marketing initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills and ability to lead a room/remote audience through a presentation.
  • Ability to balance numbers-oriented thinking with what-if ideas and manage multiple simultaneous projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
