In a fast-paced and innovative environment, we are seeking an experienced Dev-Secure-Ops Engineer to play a crucial role in automating our daily work processes. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex product requirements and translate them into efficient automated solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Automation and Development: Work with application developers, operations engineers, and architects to design and implement automated solutions that streamline development and release processes.
  2. Cybersecurity Expertise: Analyze code written by others, ensure system safety and security against cybersecurity threats, and identify technical problems to develop software updates and fixes.
  3. Project Planning: Plan out projects, contribute to project management decisions, monitor deployment, and manage support.
  4. Process Enforcement: Enforce standard methodologies, tools, and enterprise architecture to ensure compliance with global information security policies and overall firm strategy.
  5. Team Leadership: Foster an open, honest, accountable, and collaborative team environment, serving as the point of contact for product teams on automation, CI/CD, and DevOps/DevSecOps.
Requirements:
  1. Cloud Experience: Solid experience in cloud service development and orchestration.
  2. Programming Skills: Advanced programming skills in NodeJS, Python, GO, or Java.
  3. Reliability and Resiliency: Expertise in designing and developing reliability and resiliency in services.
  4. Kubernetes and CI/CD: Expertise in Kubernetes, load balancing, encryption, and CI/CD process.
  5. Experience: 6+ years' experience in cloud native application development.
  6. Additional Requirements: Deep understanding of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift, experience working in CI/CD pipelines, and exposure to Cloudant, Redis, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.
  7. Certifications: Certified Ethical Hackers or knowledge about ethical hacking.
