Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop machine learning models using Python-based tools to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align modeling strategies with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and effective decision-making.
  • Evaluate existing feature engineering and model decisions critically, identifying areas for improvement and proposing enhancements to feature processing pipelines.
  • Lead the design and development of new machine learning models or approaches as the product evolves, driving innovation and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with classification models and machine learning libraries such as XGBoost, scikit-learn.
  • Proficient in Python programming with solid experience in data handling libraries like Pandas.
  • Experienced in working with text data, including preprocessing, tokenization, feature extraction, and integrating text features into traditional ML models.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, including feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, bias-variance tradeoff, and interpretability.
