Project Finance Specialist

As a Project Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for advising clients on financial and strategic issues related to large-scale infrastructure projects. You will assist clients throughout the project lifecycle, from analysis and evaluation to procurement, financial closure, construction, and operations.

The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification such as an MBA or CFA and directly relevant work experience on large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience in structuring and financing transactions, commercial aspects of project documents, and quantitative analytical capabilities are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure and other projects.
  • Advise on feasibility, structuring, funding, and closing of financing for infrastructure projects and/or procurements, including contract negotiation and project management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional qualification (MBA and/or CFA) is preferred; engineering qualification would be an advantage.
  • Directly relevant work experience on large-scale infrastructure projects, approximately 6–8 years for Managers.
  • Experience in top-tier advisory firms, infrastructure service providers, developers, banks, relevant government agencies, or other relevant sector experience.
